We’re not heckling you on Facebook to pimp out supplements, or purchase the newest form of snake oil. It’s just real, nutrient dense, accessible foods to fuel the activities you’re passionate about.
Since we’re not in the business of quick fixes, our plans do require, time, patience, perseverance, determination, and passion. Creating meaningful change in your life is a process full of wins, failures, learnings, and grit.
We understand you may struggle. There may be days when you’ll want to quit, and days when you’ll feel superhuman. For every moment in your journey we’ll be here, guiding you, pushing you, and giving you the tools and tactics needed to smash your goals.

Who: This plan is a great fit for athletes chasing performance and body composition goals to people looking to slim down before summer. If you’ve never tracked before this plan is highly recommended.
Price: $75 per month. While there are no contracts or upfront charges, we do suggest a 3 month commitment. We also understand that life happens, and you’ll be able to cancel your program up to the day before your monthly billing.

Additional Costs: You’ll need to purchase a digital food scale and body weight scale if you don’t already own one. Our Gold Level plan requires you to weigh your food and record your weight daily.

KTo picks up heavy objects, makes sense of macros, provides simple meal prep plans, advises on flexible dieting solutions, celebrates strength, and occasionally overdoses on pizza.
