My name is Alyssa and I'm a Crossfit Hobbyist, lover of all things FOOD, and, like you, I am a Gritter!
Over the past 5 years I have lost and maintained 100lbs!! With the support and guidance of The Grit Collective I hope to make it 120. Throughout my journey I have shared my progress (and recipes) on insta for sh*ts and giggles (and maybe some accountability). When Kto approached me to create and share recipes for the purpose of sharing with my #GritLife friends, I was THRILLED! Throughout each month I hope to be able to provide you easy/ crave-worthy recipes that will allow for your (and my) Grit journey to be a successful one.
