I ran Hybrid Performance Powerlifting program coupled with a bulk and here are my results:
Backsquat 220lbs- 250lbs
Bench Press: 113lbs-148lbs
Weight 142lbs -157lbs
Overall the program was a huge success and I felt awesome doing it and seeing all my lifts improve and strength overall increase. In addition to Hybrid, I did accessory work from Bret Contreras Glute Lab book.
I’d say this was successful as well. #ByeFlamingoLegs.

In late May/June I competed in my first Scottish Highland Games and I am obsessed. It's super fun, technique heavy, filled with rad people. Since a good amount of the events involve hip drive I switched my program to Hybrid Performance Olympic Lifting Program. Right now I’m running that with 1-2 days of event practice a week, and butt stuff.
I’m not going to post what I do for Hybrid since you can easily subscribe for about $30 a month through their site. I will post some of my Highland training videos, and workouts as well as the Butts & Guts circuits.
