Feeling the pumpkin craze? These shells are dreamy and so easy to make. You can spice these up by adding spinach or peas or even top with the pulled chicken recipe below (I may be speaking from experience).
315g Plain Unsweetened Almond Milk (about 1 cup)
285g Unsalted Chicken Sock (about 1 cup)
185g Canned pumpkin (about ¾ cup)
35g Pecorino Romano Cheese (about ¼ cup)
80g Creamy Asiago Laughing Cow Cheese (4 wedges)
1.5 tsp salt
1/2 tsp of the following: Ground Mustard, Sage, Onion Powder, Nutmeg
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp arrowroot flour (or AP flour)
