I recently hit up the local Trader Joe's and found tons great products to spice up my meal prep and add a punch of flavor to my meals. This meal is ridiculous and something I look forward to for lunch and was super simple to prepare! What more can you ask for?

340g TJ Frozen Zucchini Spirals (1-12 oz package)
340g TJ Frozen Carrot Spirals (1-12oz package)
150g Grilled/ Baked Chicken Breast (About 5-6oz)
120g Chicken Stock (About 1/2 cup)
30g TJ Jarred Bruschetta (About 2 Tbsp)
20g Grated Perorino Romano Cheese (About 2 Tbsp)
12 Cubes Darot Frozen Basil
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
